The main digital coin was able to play one position, but still lagged behind the largest in terms of capitalization of altcoin, as well as EOS and Tron tokens
The Center for the Development of Information Technology of China has published another rating of popular cryptocurrencies (CCID). In the new version of the list of research units of the Ministry of Industry of the country, Bitcoin played one position, but did not make it to the top 10, Bitcoin.com writes.
This time, experts rated 37 cryptocurrencies, two more than in the previous rating, which was published in late May. All projects were evaluated by three parameters: basic technology, practical and innovative value.
The first place was traditionally taken by the EOS token, Ethereum returned to the second position, which moved Tron to the third place. Bitcoin now ranks 11th, losing to Altcoin Cosmos, which was ranked for the first time. Worse than other digital assets, experts rated Bytecoin, IOTA and XEM – they closed the list.
This rating is not a reflection of China’s top management position; it is issued at the discretion of the CCID. The department claims that they give marks taking into account the recommendations of the working groups and consultants
