According to users of the site, malfunctions began in the spring. The company denies this information
The myCryptoWallet cryptocurrency exchange from Australia has suspended the withdrawal function a second time since the beginning of 2019. The company told customers that one of its partners suddenly terminated the contract, and therefore she was forced to make changes to work for the next few weeks.
The e-mail exchange to its users states that the action of the program myCryptoCard (allows you to exchange digital money in any place in the country where the EFTPOS payment network is used) is interrupted until the problem is fixed. At the same time, the company has reduced support service opening hours, writes local edition Micky
According to Twitter user Dipal Raithatha, problems with the withdrawal of funds began at the site in May 2019. The client of the platform under the name Vinni also noted that he has been trying to withdraw assets since April 2019, and the support service cannot resolve this issue.
The company called these statements false, and also stressed that all users were able to withdraw their funds before the last incident. Now myCryptoWallet hopes to return to full-fledged work within a few weeks and promises to regularly publish updates on this topic.
The last time the withdrawal was frozen on the platform in January 2019. This happened after the National Australian Bank closed the company’s bank accounts, but the work was restored in a short period of time.
